Dean is focused on the development and implementation of strategic initiatives designed to assist the advisors in optimizing efficiency and scalability. Prior to becoming President, Dean had directed the firm's national marketing and sales operations since 2005. Through past experience as a Registered Representative, Investment Advisor Representative and External Wholesaler, Dean prides himself on bringing unique insight in assisting advisors to build profitable advisory firms. Dean holds the 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses with FINRA.
